Sample Invoices for Cassandra Tracks and Bills Time™ - Version 2.0 Cassandra Tracks and Bills Time™ generates invoices in a variety of formats either individually or in batch mode. The sample set of invoices listed below are stored as Adobe Acrobat™ pdf files. (Adobe, Acrobat, and the Acrobat logo are trademarks of Adobe Systems, Inc.) If you have Acrobat Reader, you can view a particular invoice by clicking on its hyperlink: Adobe Acrobat Reader is available for free from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readermain.html. The screen shot below shows how the sample "Everything Invoice" was generated by selecting from the Invoice Type drop down box.
Printing the "Everything Invoice" details everything for a given client as shown below:
If a particular client is not selected, then the invoices are printed in a batch mode. Invoice numbers are automatically incremented for each new invoice. | ||||||
